18 hours per week Salary £12.59 per hour
As a Youth Worker you will support our Youth Work Development team in the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of projects and ensure adherence to policy and procedures. You will mentor and work directly with children and young people to facilitate their active participation in projects, and create opportunities for personal development, good relations and skills development.
Essential criteria includes but is not limited to:
A youth work qualification at OCN level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 1 year’s paid or 3 year’s voluntary experience working directly with children and young people. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, Grade C or above.
